At Icey Beauty Studio, every service is delivered with attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for helping clients look and feel their best.

From nails to braids and beauty services, each appointment is designed to leave you polished, confident, and camera-ready.

Please read all service details and instructions before booking. Failure to follow instructions may result in appointment cancellation.

Deposit Policy

A $20 deposit is required to secure your appointment and is applied toward your service total. Balance can be paid with cash or E-transfer.

Deposits are non-refundable, but can be transferred if you reschedule with at least 24 hours notice.

Late Arrivals

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will be charged a $10 fee and, after 40 minutes, may need to reschedule.

Rescheduling

Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule so your deposit can be transferred.

No Shows

Missed appointments without notice may require full payment before booking again.

Drop-Off Policy

Wigs and lace must be dropped off 3-4 days BEFORE the appointment.

Same day lace service will be +$50.

During Your Visit

Extra guests are strictly prohibited to help ensure that every client has the best experience.

Client Hair Prep

Please come with your hair washed/blow-dried and product-free. If your hair needs to be detangled or blow-dried, you must text me to let me know.
