Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy explains how appointment deposits are handled for Icey Beauty Studio bookings.

Deposit Policy

• A deposit is required to reserve an appointment time slot.
• The deposit is applied toward the final service total at your appointment.

Rescheduling

• If you request to reschedule with at least 24 hours notice, your deposit can be transferred one time to a new date, subject to availability.
• Additional reschedule requests may require a new deposit.

Cancellations and No-Shows

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may forfeit the deposit.
• Missed appointments without notice are treated as no-shows and may forfeit the deposit.

Refunds

• Deposits are generally non-refundable once the booking is confirmed, except where required by applicable law.
• If the studio must cancel your appointment and cannot offer a suitable alternative, a refund or transfer option may be provided.
